Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) products are widely used and classified as follows:
1. General materials
Various rods, tubes, plates, films, belts, ropes, packing, gaskets, and graphite, molybdenum disulfide, aluminum oxide, glass fiber and carbon fiber are used as fillers to improve the mechanical properties of pure polytetrafluoroethylene.
2. Anticorrosion
Polytetrafluoroethylene membrane is a new material with a large number of pores in it through vertical and horizontal biaxial stretching. It can be compounded with other fabrics to make smoke and dust solid-phase anti-corrosion filter bags or rain gear sports clothes, cold clothes, special protective clothes and light tents with good waterproof, breathable and windproof warmth, pharmaceutical air, compressed air Aseptic filtration of various solvents and filtration of high-purity gas in electronic industry.

3. Sealing class
(1) Static seal: sandwich gasket; Setting belt; Elastic sealing tape;
(2) Dynamic seal (packing and annular seal): V-shaped seal body – used for shaft, piston rod and valve; Turbine pump inner seal; Composite sealing ring of polytetrafluoroethylene and rubber; Retractable mechanical seal with bellows.
4. Load bearing class
(1) Filled PTFE bearing, used in food, chemical, papermaking and textile machinery
(2) Porous copper impregnated fluoroplastic metal bearing can be used normally under high temperature, high pressure, dry friction and vacuum conditions;
(3) PTFE fiber bearing is a bearing lining made of PTFE fiber blended with glass fiber or other fibers, which is used for low speed and high load;

5. Insulation class
(1) Class C insulation material for wires and cables;
(2) Sheath of stator and rotor water diversion pipe and thermocouple of double water internal cooling turbogenerator;
(3) Microwave insulation materials for high frequency and UHF Communication equipment and radar;
(4) Printed circuit board, motor and transformer (including gas transformer) insulation materials;
(5) Insulating materials for air conditioners, electronic furnaces, various heaters and sulfur hexafluoride circuit breakers
6. Anti sticking class
(1) Polytetrafluoroethylene glass cloth coating on the hot roll of sizing machine – can avoid the roll sticking phenomenon caused by chemical slurry, and greatly improve the production rate and blank quality
(2) Microwave drying conveyor belt in food industry – compared with conveyor belts of other materials, it does not absorb microwave energy and does not stick, so it has the advantages of power saving and cleaning
(3) Heat sealing sleeve anti sticking material for polyethylene bag sealing;
(4) Anti stick coating – used for kitchen pots, baking molds for baking bread, frozen food storage trays, electric iron bottoms, copier pinch rollers
7. Temperature resistance
(1) Driving device of microwave oven, such as coupling and roller of microwave oven;
(2) Temperature resistant accessories for various refrigerators, air conditioners, oxygen generators and compressors
(3) It is applied to the oven tray when the silicon raw material is cleaned and dried. The material is paved on the surface of the tray to avoid the contact between the silicon raw material and metal, and can also have the effect of high temperature resistance and acid-base resistance
